Thank you to retired Service Chaplain

A small gathering was held at Joint Headquarters today to thank David Milner who retired as Fire Service Chaplain just before Christmas.
Reverend David Milner had been the Fire Service Chaplain since 2015, leading on our ceremonial events such as the carol service and Remembrance Day.
The Chief Fire Officer, Craig Parkin, presented David with a certificate of faithful service, a Leatherman and Queen's Platinum Jubilee coin.
David spoke of his fondness for the Service and our work, remarking that his certificate will take pride of place on his wall at home.
