01:00 FIRE: Our Joint Control Room is currently receiving a high number of calls about a building fire in Mansfield.Our firefighters from Ashfield, Warsop, Edwinstowe, and Mansfield are in attendance and are working to extinguish the fire. If you smell or see smoke, please keep windows closed.
05:30 UPDATE: two fire engines are still in attendance at a commercial building fire on Clumber Street, Mansfield.Crews will remain on scene this morning to continue dampening down the fire. Please avoid the area if possible.
09:30 UPDATE: two appliances and the aerial ladder platform remain on scene to dampen down the fire.A structural engineer is in attendance. A Fire Investigation will begin at 10:30am today. Please continue to avoid the area.
