1. On how many occasions have NFRS Wholetime Appliances been unavailable for year 2023/24 and current financial year to date?
   Answer: - For 23/24 23/24 a total of 111 times during this period an appliance was off the run for a shift. For April 2024 - Sept 2024 83 times.
2. Of these, how many occasions were pre-planned (winter conference/Training courses etc)?
   Answer: - For the period of 23/24 53 were pre planned Training events and for April 2024 – Sept 2024 33 were pre planned Training events.
3. Of these how many were as a result of shortfalls in crewing?
   Answer: - For the period of 23/24 58 was due to crewing related issues which include reasons such as, Sickness/Long term sickness/modified Duties Honoured AL. April 2024- Sept 2024 50 was due to crewing related issues which include reasons such as, Sickness/Long term sickness/modified Duties Honoured AL.
4. For how many of these occasions were disciplinary sanctions issued to staff members as a result of these occasions of appliance unavailability?
   Answer: - 1
5. How many Overtime shifts have been an issue in year 2023/24, and current financial year to date?
   Answer: - For the period of 23/24 1656 Overtime shifts have been issued. April 2024- Sept 2024 425 Overtime shifts have been issued.
6. On the shifts in question (4/5th May) what was the response establishment?
   Answer: - For the 4th of May 2024, the response Establishment was 59 and the 5th of May 2024 it was 58.
7. On the shifts in question what should the response establishment have been if all watches were staffed as per collective agreement?
   Answer: - MINIMUM establishment level 60 personnel, Standard establishment level 72 personnel
8. On how many occasions over financial year 2023/24 and current financial year to date have response watches had more than there permitted number of staff on Annual Leave?
   Answer: - 7
