Could you please provide an overview of the costs to the taxpayer for the cars provided to principal officers under the gold book scheme to include a breakdown of purchase, maintenance, fuel and other costs associated with that scheme. How many vehicles are currently covered by this scheme and what is the breakdown of the annual cost to the taxpayer including all elements covered above. How many incidents have these cars attended per year for the last 5 years. Can the annual cost per incident be calculated and provided.

Answer: - Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue currently have 5 vehicles allocated to senior officers. However, 2 are intended for sale and another two are recent purchases in 2024 with one only having arrived within July 2024.- Vehicle 1: £40,320.33
