You asked for
Please could you provide the following information under the Freedom of Information Act.
- Total number of fire fatalities for each of the years from 2019 until 2024, split intorisk groups, specifying which groups, e.g. Hoarding behaviours; inappropriate smoking; people under the influence of alcohol; people who used emollient creams; people who lived alone; ex-military. Please provide your response broken down by year.
- For each of the years from 2019 until 2024, for the 31st of March in each year.please provide the number of properties/premises in your area with a Clutter Image Rating (CIR) of 6 or above.

Answer: - Please be advised that each fire fatality may have more than one risk group attributed to them.

Answer: - We do not record CIR against properties instead we record them againstindividuals and are prone to fluctuate per visit. We’ve provided the total number ofvisits conducted where the CIR rating is graded as 6 or above.
