- What is the renewal date of this contract?
- What is the duration of the contract?
- What is the review date of this contract? If possible the likely outcome of this review
- The primary brand of the CCTV equipment. I don’t require the model just the brand. If there is various brands could you please list?
- What is the total number of cameras in use/under this contract?
- The description of the services provided under this contract. Please state if this contract includes more than just CCTV services.
- Contact details of the employee responsible for the contract between the supplier and the organisation.

- Is there a plan to review this at any point, if so what would the date be?
- Who is in charge of overseeing the in-house maintenance?

If there is no maintenance contract or in-house maintenance in place, is there an ad-hoc agreement? If yes,

Section 12 Exemption
This information is not recorded in an easily retrievable format. To locate, retrieve and extract the requested information requires a manual search of all records held, we would have to examine all site plans within Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service. It is estimated that to review each site floor plan would exceed the 18-hour limit due to the number of sites and floor plans.
This letter constitutes a refusal notice under Section 17(5) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 with Section 12(1) of the act being applied.
12. – (1) Section 1(1) does not oblige a public authority to comply with a request for information if the authority estimates that the cost of complying with the request would exceed the appropriate limit.
Should you wish for the Force to continue with your request, a more accurate figure will be provided within a fee’s notice. The cost will need to be paid by you, prior to any further investigation. Please advise if you wish to proceed.
In accordance with the Act, once one part of the request exceeds the cost threshold the entire request exceeds the cost threshold. However, in the spirit of the Act but outside of Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Services has provided what information it has retrieved in relation to your request.
