Good morning, I am trying to find out if information from the fire safety inspection detailed below will be acceptable evidence to a mortgage lender to place a value on the flat for sale purposes. I understand the developers (Bellway) have signed the government pledge to undertake remediation but as yet I cannot find out if there are remediation needs or fire safety issues of the kind linked to the Grenfell tragedy
