Answer: - No information held, we don’t hold this data as we do not consider time spent on training as lost time and forms part of our regular work for our staff.
Equality forms part of the Services values and without enacting the principles of equality our staff cannot meet the aim of creating safer communities.
However in the spirit of the Act but outside of it I can state that 83 days were used during 21/22 and an estimated 52 days during 22/23 were invested in the skills of the workforce via Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training.
