Contract 2 - Incoming and Outgoing of call services

    Daisy Communications (fixed lines) and Risual / Gamma (SIP Trunks), via Government Procurement Service.

    NFRS has a Managed Service Agreement provided by Risual Ltd to support the NFRS Skype For Business solution and the associated infrastructure, including SIP Trunks provided by Gamma.

    NFRS has multiple contracts for lines all with their own durations and contract dates. Unfortunately, from our assessment, we estimate that locating and extracting this information would exceed the costs limit under section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for your request. This is currently £450, equivalent to eighteen hours staff time.
