  • Our open and positive culture encourages continuous organisational learning, which drives continuous improvement – our colleagues share learning, including successes and failures, learning is embedded in our policies, procedures and practices.
  • There is a drive to ensure practices and activities are efficient and effective and are delivering value for money – benchmarking is embedded as a method of measuring performance against others. The Service delivers sector recognised innovation and best practice in a number of its activities.

  • Financial investment will be targeted to manage risk and accelerate our plans to deliver safer communities - financial audits and planning demonstrates sound financial management.
