Use of this report

      1. This report has been prepared solely for use by the NFRS to discharge our responsibilities under the terms of engagement.
      2. This report includes only those matters that have come to our attention as a result of performing our review and is not designed to identify all matters that may be relevant to those charged with governance.
      3. There are several recommendations, and some do overlap. We recognise that by accepting these recommendations and acknowledging that there is positive work to be undertaken to make a difference, is the first step to demonstrating to the community, that the NFRS is listening to them.
      4. We would welcome the opportunity to present our findings to the Senior Leadership Team, Strategic Inclusion Board and Community Advisory Group.
