Today (1 December 2017) sees the launch of a brand new website for Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service, giving our communities and stakeholders even greater access to news, pictures, incidents and information from across the whole Service.
The website has been designed to be much more visual than the previous one, with a greater focus on images, video and new technologies including a live feed to the Service's Twitter account and fire station Facebook pages, and a Spotlight feature on the home page for campaigns and videos.
The project to build the new website has been ongoing for several months, with input from departments across NFRS. As well as information on current incidents and corporate news, there's advice and guidance on how to stay safe at home and in business, what to do in the event of an emergency, how to request a Home Safety Check and information on careers with NFRS. We've also included, for the first time, individual pages focussing on your local fire station - just click on the map on the home page to find out more.
In the coming weeks we'd love to hear your feedback on what you think about the new website - email us at email@example.com .
