Based at Service Headquarters you will be working within a dedicated team to assist the ICT Service Delivery Manager in the continued maintenance and smooth running of the NFRS ICT infrastructure.
The successful candidate will report into the ICT Service Delivery Manager and will be involved in the operational resolution of incidents, problems, events, requests, the maintenance of the ICT systems/infrastructure and its security within NFRS.
It would be expected that the successful candidate has advanced knowledge of a broad range of IT hardware and software used within a multi-site WAN/LAN business network environment (CompTIA A+ or equivalent). They will also have experience in an ICT 1st and 2nd level team support role for a medium sized multi-site organisation.
