Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service (NFRS) are hosting a LIVE Zumbathon event on Saturday 8 August at 10am to raise money for the Firefighters Charity.
Since the Coronavirus outbreak, the Firefighters Charity has had to stop a lot of their fundraising events which has cut a lot of their income. NFRS want to support this charity during these times to thank them for always supporting the Service, which is why we are asking you to step up to the Zumba challenge!
Many NFRS employees have already started this challenge by taking part in our LIVE sessions via Skype. These sessions have seen the Chief Fire Officer, Deputy Chief Officer and Assistant Chief Fire Officer join in the fun, as well as many Firefighters and Support Staff.
If you would like to take part in this event and support the Firefighters Charity, then head over to our live Zumba event (Opens in a new window), donate a minimum of £1 and sign up to the challenge.

Chief Fire Officer, John Buckley, said: "The Firefighters Charity means a lot to myself and the Service and we want to be able to return the favour and support them. I am hoping this even is a success and we raise a generous amount of money."
