Support Services

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service employs people in a diverse range of Support Service roles, the majority of which are based at our Service Headquarters in Bestwood Country Park.

The support functions include Finance, Procurement and Estates, Corporate Communications, Information Communications and Technology, Fire Protection, Community Safety, and People and Organisational Development (OD), which includes Human Resources, Learning and Development, Occupational Health, and OD and Inclusion.

Roles range from administrative to specialist technical, professional and managerial roles.

The Service also employs a number of Apprentices in different departments throughout the Service.
