This document is our plan for how we intend to create safer communities across Nottinghamshire over the next three years - and we want your views on what we're proposing. 

You can give us your feedback and have your say via the survey below. Everyone that fills this out will be entered into a prize draw where you'll have the chance to win a £100 Amazon UK voucher*. 

*at the end of the survey you will be asked to provide an email address. Each email address will then be assigned a number and a random number generator will be used to choose the winner. They will then be contacted via email on Friday 6 December. 1. Strategic Goals & Priorities

Our Strategic Goals outline the priorities on which we will focus over the next three years. These are:

Concerned with the work we do to help individuals stay safe from fires and other incidents.

Strategic goal 2 – Protection 
Concerned with our statutory duties to enforce fire safety regulations.

Strategic goal 3 – Response 
Concerned with our emergency response capabilities.

Strategic goal 4 – Our People
Concerned with developing and supporting our workforce, within an inclusive and positive workplace environment.

Strategic goal 5 – Service Improvement
Concerned with ensuring we continue to develop and improve our services and our ways of working, to become an outstanding fire and rescue service.

Strategic goal 6 – Sustainability
Concerned with ensuring the Service remains well managed and fit for the future over the long term.

These questions seek to establish confidence that we are focusing on the right areas over the next three years.
